Camp on the Boulder was founded in 1957 and provides a unique opportunity for Christian retreat. We are situated on 75 acres on the Boulder River amidst Montana's Absaroka Mountain Range. Our accommodations and services areextended to all people who honor our mission statement, including: All United Methodist congregations, church groups, non-profit organizations, school groups, family reunions and weddings.
Here at the camp on the Boulder we desire to facilitate a vital relationship between you and Jesus Christ. Like the song "Sanctuary," the Camp has been tried and true through more than 46 years of existence for the Lord. We strive camp to be a pure and holy place set away from life's distractions. Our location, in the Absaroka Mountains of south-central Montana enhances our mission of "celebrate God's creation by providing an atmosphere for all to know Jesus Christ."
The camp is located approximately a 1 hour drive southwest of Big Timber. Recreational opportunities include hiking, backpacking, fishing, campfires, softball, sand volleyball, outdoor basketball, and playground. Circle J Ranch
The only Wyoming UMC camp, Circle J Ranch is cozily nestled in the canyon of Ten Sleep Creek in the Big Horn Mountains. National Forest and Public lands surround the camp. Fishing, hiking, skiing and wilderness excursions are only moments away. Accessible year-round, the Circle J offers a broad base of opportunity for ministry. A country chapel, grassy playground, trails, orchard, and rugged canyon walls are part of this strikingly beautiful setting.
Circle J's mission is to honor Jesus Christ, the center of faith and all activity. The camp is blessed with a soothing peacefulness which calms troubled spirits and inspires faithful living. Circle J is available to groups representing religious affiliations which honor Jesus Christ and wish to use the facility in outreach, teaching, and celebration. Flathead Lake Camp
Flathead lake is a year-round campground retreat facility. The camp is bordered by 3,000 feet of pristine shoreline of Flathead Lake and is set amidst 30 acres of lush forest and grounds. Recreation opportunities include canoeing, swimming, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, baseball, hiking, fishing, camp fire circle, sledding and cross country skiing.

The camp is open to church groups of all denominations, non-profit organizations, school groups, government agencies and family reunions. Facilities include 14 cabins with sleeping capacity of 200, dining hall and retreat center, restroom and shower facilities, large indoor chapel, fire pit area, outdoor chapel area, four classrooms, dock, swimming area, basketball and volleyball courts. Food services are available for groups of 40-150. The staff provide wholesome and tasty meals. Heated cabins support 50 during the winter. The facilities are available to all persons without regard to race, national origin, age, color, sex, or handicapped condition.

Luccock Park Camp
Campers will experience old-fashioned relaxation at Luccock Park, situated in Paradise Valley, on the west side of the Absaroka Range of mountains. Activities include outdoor sports on the meadow, hiking, campfires, horseshoes, volleyball, softball, and trail rides. The camp is located just a few miles from outstanding rafting andfishing on the Yellowstone River. Pine Creek flows by the camp and Chico Hot Springs and Yellowstone N.P. are a short trip to the south.
All kinds of groups are welcome at the camp. Past visitors have included many youth groups, health groups, church groups from many denominations, nature and sport groups, weddings and reunions. The camp offers tasty food in the dining hall and there is a large recreation hall for indoor programs.
